Every engagement follows the same eight steps, with a fixed scope and price agreed before work begins. You always know what happens next and what we need from you.
Teardown
You send your current materials. We return a written review within 5 working days, free of charge, with priority fixes and a sample rewrite.
Scoping call
A call with your commercial lead to agree which products, markets and buyers to focus on, and which documents you need.
Proposal and fixed quote
A short written proposal listing every deliverable, the timeline, the review rounds and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Discovery
We interview your engineers and sales team, and collect specifications, test results, certifications and photography. A confidentiality agreement is in place before we receive anything.
Drafting
We write each document in English, structured for its reader, and produce an aligned Ukrainian version so your team can check every claim.
Review
Two review rounds per document. Your engineers confirm technical accuracy; we make sure it still reads clearly.
Export control check
You confirm final documents contain only information cleared for release. We schedule time for this and make any changes required.
Delivery and handover
Print-ready and editable files, your terminology glossary, and a handover call with your sales team.
